CANCELLATION POLICY

Vanity House Cancellation and Booking Policy

At Vanity House, we value both our therapists’ time and our clients’ satisfaction. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we have established the following cancellation and booking policies:

24-Hour Cancellation Policy:
– We require at least 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations can be made by phone or email (no DMs, please).
– Credit card details are required to secure any booking via paid deposit.
– Failure to attend a booked appointment without notification (no-show) will result in the remaining balance of your appointment being charged to the card on file.
– If cancellation notice is given less than 24 hours before the appointment, the booking deposit will be forfeited, and an additional 50% cancellation fee of the total amount owing may be charged to your card on file.
– If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance, or if you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred as a credit on file to be used for a future booking.
– Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment up to 3 times while retaining their non-refundable deposit.

Late Arrivals:
– If you arrive late, the technician will work with you until your allocated time has finished. We strive to stay on schedule to be fair to all our clients.

Gift Vouchers:
– If a booking made with a gift voucher is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, Vanity House reserves the right to cancel the prepaid voucher or gift certificate. Similarly, if an appointment is missed without notice, the voucher will become null and void.

Lash Appointments:
– For lash bookings, any appointment scheduled over 3 weeks from the last appointment will be considered a new full set. Please do not book a lash infill if your last visit was over 3 weeks prior, as we will not be able to accommodate an infill in the time allocated.

Non-Refundable Deposits:
– Please book carefully, as all deposits are non-refundable.

**Complimentary Touch-Up Policy:**If a client experiences any issues with their treatment or lashes within 24 hours following their appointment, we encourage them to contact us immediately. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and will gladly schedule a complimentary touch-up appointment to address any concerns.

**Procedure for Contacting Us:**Clients can reach out to us via phone or email within the 24-hour window to report any issues or request a touch-up appointment. Our team will respond promptly to assist with scheduling and addressing their concerns.

**Terms and Conditions:**- The complimentary touch-up appointment must be scheduled within 24 hours of the initial appointment.- This policy applies to issues directly related to the treatment or lash service provided by Vanity House.- Any additional services or enhancements requested during the touch-up appointment may be subject to additional charges.
